Josh P. General Manager Pasadena, TX.
With over 15 years experience in the restaurant industry, Josh Pressly is an integral part in what makes the Houston locations work. He firmly believes in a hands on approach to a collaborative team effort, you will regularly find him in the dining room visiting with guests, delivering food and cleaning tables or huddled in the kitchen helping prepare fresh food for guests.
Josh grew up in the Houston area and credits many childhood experiences to where he is now. He has fond memories of helping make homemade yeast rolls with his grandmother and picking fresh veggies in his grandpa's garden as a child.
Josh refined his culinary skills and education at the University of Houston Hilton School of Hotel and Restaurant and Management. Josh's career then moved to corporate restaurant management when he moved onto The Landry's Restaurants Inc. He spent the next 10 years working at the Kemah Boardwalk. There he learned the importance of the Landry's motto "there are no spare customers". In 2008 he was recruited by Trey Kendrick to help open Magnolia Cafe and Bakery in Pasadena. Since then, Josh has helped open two more restaurants with the company.
Josh believes that as long as we treat each guest with the same care and concern that we do anyone who walks in our own house, feed them fresh, great tasting, homemade food in clean, safe environment that our business will thrive. People are seeking that kind experience in this fast paced environment that we all live in. Favorite menu item: St. Charles Panini. Favorite dessert item: Oatmeal Pecan cookie.
Jennifer G. General Manager Webster, TX.
Jennifer serves as the general of the Webster location. Here, it will not take long for guests to notice and appreciate her warmth and approachable personality. She brings more than 12 years of restaurant industry experience to Savannah Café & Bakery. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Texas Tech University. Prior to earning her degree, she also studied hotel restaurant management. She is an avid golfer and loving mother. Favorite menu item: Chicken Pesto Panini with potato salad.
Donna R. Regional Manager Carrollton, TX.
Donna brings 12 years of restaurant experience to the table, the previous four have been with Savannah Café and Bakery. She is the regional manager of the Dallas area and currently manages the Carrollton location. Her first restaurant experience dates back to her first job in high school at age 16. Yes, she’s done everything from flipping burgers to kneading dough. She has a passion for meeting new people, sharing great food, and having fun. Favorite menu item: Turkey Bacon Panini with added avocado.
Ron B. General Manager Lewisville, TX.
Ron Boes brings 45 years experience in the restaurant industry in categories that range from fast food to fine dining. His experience includes multi-unit supervision, franchise consulting, menu development, concept development, training, kitchen and restaurant design, and operational engineering. The past 10 years, Ron has been involved in the café/bakery concept. He started as an owner of a Celebrity Cafe & Bakery in the Dallas area. Five years ago he joined with Trey Kendrick to grow the Savannah Cafe & Bakery Concept. He is currently employed as the general manager of the Lewisville location, and is working on franchising materials for the expansion of Savannah Café & Bakery. Favorite menu item: St. Charles; Favorite dessert item: Double Fudge Cake.
